The Silva Membership model replaces the traditional insurance-based visit with a low monthly fee that gives you direct, ongoing access to your care team. Choose primary care, behavioral health, or both — each is its own membership and can be enrolled in separately.

A one-time enrollment fee per person is required, which includes the first month's membership, basic lab work, and EKG.
